just what I needed.
Saving me money already. My old scale was analog and hard to read accurately. The matter of just one ounce on a shipment across country is over one dollar.

Fits my purpose
Good scale for weighing mail up to 11 pounds. (Anything heavier should probably be brought to post office anyway.)

The scale worked exactly as advertised with simple to follow instructions. My only issue with the scale was that the face/plate was too small to ensure I was getting accurate weights on my products.

It wouldn't even turn on. The batteries are super hard to get in and out as well. I had to return and will be buying a different one.

Would not turn on.
Installed name brand batteries but were loose as some of the other reviews have mentioned. Scale did not turn on and looked like it had been returned before because of the scratches. Returned.

Nice Scale
I was pleasantly surprised when I received this scale. It is very light easy to use and convenient to store in a drawer when not in use. I appears to weigh accurately when tested against scale on postage machine. I would definitely recommend this scale to anyone needing a lightweight scale for postage boxes or large envelopes.
