Love these Pens
These pens write very smoothly. I do a lot of Journaling as well as writing Poetry and Inspirational items. These pens work well for that purpose.

pens fall apart
Thought maybe just one bad one but everyone we have used the tip part comes loose every time you write with it.

Retractable Ballpoint Pens
I insist on using a good quality fine point pen and usually spend a lot more money on them. The Staples Postscript Retractable ballpoint pen is an excellent pen and I paid a lot less for it! I'm always looking on ways to save.

I couldn't find a ballpoint pen on the shelves. A favorite fine point that I was given at a drs. office.
I asked an employee who was very busy stocking shelves for help. She was so nice, found item on her phone and then filled out the online request

Dissatisfied
Upon trying to write with the pens, many of our patients were complaining they didn't write at all and others were claiming they were out of ink. Very scratchy on the paper.

Could have been better
I got these because I love this design and it came in a fine point. I was disappointed that when you plunge the plunger it isn't smooth and it sticks. It makes it have a cheap feel to them. I have purchased staples brand pens before and have never been this disappointed.
