Finally found what I was looking for.
I needed graph paper that has phantom lines (that do not copy) and this paper is perfect.

Good quality. Just What I Needed.
Good quality product. The 1/4" format is a good general use grid. I have also used 1/5" and 1/6" in the past but couldn't find them. This was more expensive than in the past but still worth the price. Would recommend to anyone who wants to be able to draw to scale with a minimum of effort.

Graph paper
TOPS graph pad is the ideal working partner for my modeling in 1/4 inch scale. It makes my life a lot easier when the paper is scaled in advance.
