Staples online is a little squirrelly
Purchased this item . Received not what I ordered. Followed returned procedures. Placed outside for pickup within 5 business days. Never picked up. Brought to local staples store. They had no idea what to do but manager said he would resolve it. Still waiting for credit 2 weeks later.
