flimsy and poor quality
The item is very flimsy and the adjustable clip won't stay in place I had to put a rubber band around it to make it stay where I need it to. If you have the chance buy something else.

Great atand
This stand is perfect for what I do because it not only holds the items upright but it keeps them in place. I have a fan blowing on me all day at work and this clip keeps my documents from flying all over the office.

ITEM FLIMSY / POOR QUALITY
I wish I could return this item but I threw away the box. The clip does not hold. The spring it's super thin and poor quality. The worst purchase ever made.

Just what I needed!
This is exactly what I needed to prop up my Arc planner next to my computer. It also does a great job with the clip holding a paper in place if I need to reference it quickly while writing something and the adjustable clip height is a great bonus. Product is sturdy without being bulky or heavy.
