NOT universal
Did not fit the paper towel dispenser also purchased from Quill. Definitely NOT universal size!

Did not fit dispenser
Staples website indicated that this was a replacement for the towel dispenser. This was not the case.

Scott Hardwound Paper Towels
I have been ordering this product from a different supplier so I know the quality is excellent. However the other supplier was charging quite a bit more than what Quill charged so I switched to ordering from Quill. Well worth the money!!

Towels work great and a great price! Just need to take your time tearing off the towel from the dispenser to allow it to perforate the tear for you.

defective center roll
The center roll on all rolls from 3 cases were noted to be mishapen. Because the center roll is mishapen the rolls do not work with the Kimberly Clark Professional grade hand towel dispensers. Dispenser code 09995-02. The rolls fit fine but due to friction on the roll ends from the defects the roll does not auto-dispense the next towel during use.

Durable
I only gave it 3 stars because the roll is not perforated. Very hard to tear off. We have a paper towel dispenser and it does not fit ours. I did get a good price that is one reason why I purchased a case. I guess I would not buy it again If I had a different paper towel dispenser it would have 5 stars.
