It is perfect for filing employee files. Very strong. This is the second set that I ordered and will continue ordering them when we need them.

Classification Folders
The quality of the folders have been cheapened and poorly made. Yet, Staples is charging a lot more money for them. Even the fasteners have been made shorter, which holds less documents. I returned them without a second thought.

Personnel Folders Not as they appeared on website
I returned these Personnel Folders - The dividers were flimsy and I didn't realize they were the kind that used a 2-hole punch. Also, on the cover was a very faded print saying something like personnel folder. It looked like a very bad print run that should have been discarded and you tried to sell them anyway.

We only use ACCO folders for our heavy files because they hold up - and with 2 dividers we are able to have separate sections to make organization easier
