Arrives looking less than new
The binder was requested by one of the VPs of our company, so it was important I get those. When they arrived, one arrived in a separate box than the other 5 that I ordered. The five were late. The one that we opened was dirty and had pieces of cardboard stuck under the inside cover of the binder.
Other than those two issues, the binder itself is pretty hefty!
