On time and free shipping
Can’t find these pens anywhere in stores but Staples has them shipped them for free and delivered them when promised. Doesn’t get any better!!!

awful won't buy again
I am very disappointed in these pens. They skip and the ink flow is inconsistent. After very little use they write so poorly I discard them.

Not for me
We have had trouble with the lever/click that keeps the pen open. Had to use a scissors to pry the click part out

awful won't buy again

I love these pens! The gel writes very smoothly. The ink dries quickly enough that a leftie doesn’t smudge the ink across the page.

Fatal flaw in design
It's a cheaper pen so I don't expect a ton. But the latching tab which on the retractable mechanism gets bent inwards in a few months and no longer holds. I bought 2 boxes of these for work and had to throw them all out when they still had 50%+ of the ink left. I've tried bending them back out but they either snap off or just stop catching again in a few days... hot ...

not what I expected
Pens are not as advertised. Medium point isn't 1.0 as stated. Would not recommend.

Nice writing Gel pen
I love the way the Pentel Wow Retractable Gel Ink pens write. It's smooth dries quick and doesn't smudge. Nice color too.

worst pen in the world
Retractable mechanism breaks and fails quickly. What good is a pen if the pen part won't stay out.

Not good
Not a great pen the ink is think since its a med. pt and sometimes a lot of ink comes out in a spot. Smears when you highlight over it.

You get what you pay for !
The pen is OK It gest the job done. Have not had it long enough to really give a good test. There more expensive pen is better in my opinion. Just though I would try them out
