Loved this!
I was expecting to be disappointed by this paper cutter because it was the cheapest one, but I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED and pleased!

Inaccurate cuts
I'll preface this by saying the paper i'm cutting is 12x18 cardstock. Despite it looking pretty precise every cut i make gets more and more imprecise, leading to screwed up images. I'm not sure if it's not cutting stably, or if something else is wrong, but i'll probably get a heavier duty cutter in the future.

Good basic paper trimmer
Lightweight but sharp and efficient. Used mostly to cut chip board. I do like the lock-down guide when cutting multiple pieces.

a some must have needs not met
1. slides if used on table surface as blade lowered, no grippers on bottom. 2. pages fan out if > 2 sheets. 3. exact trim spot hard to see

It does the Job
Overall the plastic feels a bit cheap but it cut well through thick card stock for a craft.
The movable plastic piece doesn’t really stay in very well, so we didn’t really use it much.
I wish there was a lock to keep the blade down.

Fair Product
It’s okay. It’s extremely lightweight and therefore can’t handle cutting heavier papers or packing materials well. I was in a bind and needed to use whatever I could get, but I would have returned it and bought something made of metal like they used to do years ago. This won’t last & the price is high for what you get.

The good: very sharp and precise for minor class projects or school documents. Easy to follow instructions for some (very) minor assembly.
The bad: it's meant for small projects and is very light compared to full size cutting boards. It's sharp and doesn't require your full body weight to trim paper. Being light means you can't rush any trim jobs and have to be careful...
