Not the worst quality but not very good either
Very thin and had to unwind a fair amount to get to unwrinkled and not ripped section of paper towel roll.

Coupon for purchase
The product is great but I was very disappointed customer service would not let me apply a coupon over 48 hours. I was only 2 hours past that time. Why not two business days instead of 48 hours?

In an effort to save money we decided to install a wall unit paper towel dispenser. I hemmed and hawed while trying to choose online and finally decided to purchase a manually dispensed unit.
