This is a great binder and has all the plastic insert pockets on the inside (front & back) and on the outside front & back spine to insert your title pages. Mine was $13.99 after discount not $12.99. My only issue is that these binders were $5.99 just 2-3 years ago. All teh binders and supplies are up in price a lot.
