We use binders of different colors with file folders to match and only wish you had more colors available with legal file folders to match.

Staples Binders
I switched to these from a more expensive brand and am disappointed. I use the spine area beneath the plastic to insert labels so I can quickly identify one binder from another when they are sitting on my shelf. The Staples brand binder has a label that is placed on the plastic of these spines and does not remove cleanly - and so I can't use the area to insert labels ...

Orange notebooks are ideal for our MSDS notebooks!
Thanks to Staples' color variety, we use these orange notebooks for our MSDS/SDS - Material Safety Data Sheets. Also customize the cover and spine with our own logo cardstock easily printable at our office printers. Very professional looking reference books on shelf for walk-in inspections.

Bigger is Better
After trying too often to squeeze too many pages into too small binders, I finally bit the bullet and stepped up to this bigger and better binder. It is so much easier. It is sturdy and the design of the rings make it easy to load and easy to retreive pages.
