We use binders of different colors with file folders to match and only wish you had more colors available with legal file folders to match.

Staples Binders
I switched to these from a more expensive brand and am disappointed. I use the spine area beneath the plastic to insert labels so I can quickly identify one binder from another when they are sitting on my shelf. The Staples brand binder has a label that is placed on the plastic of these spines and does not remove cleanly - and so I can't use the area to insert labels ...

Almost perfect
I thought this was exactly what I wanted/needed, a binder which I could label from the outside for easy reference. The front cover of the binder was fine, with a clear sheet behind which I slid the custom cover. The side panel however did not contain a sheet behind which I could slide an identification.

It was not the item I ordered. i ordered a 3 ring binder for 5 1/2 by 8 1/2 sized paper. It took about half an hour and three employees to figure out how I could return it.

Not 2" Binders...
These are not 2" binders as advertised. I have a 2" binder bought at a local Staples and it measures 2" across the spine (left binder in attached photo). This 2" binder ordered online actually measures 2-5/8" across the spine (right binder in attached photo). Not a big deal and will still use the binder anyway, but when ordering a 2" binder that's labeled as a 2" binder...

Really a good size
