We love them. It eliminates the manual crank and saves paper towel usage not to mention that it's more sanitary.

Return process not fun
I ordered the above/below noted product but that's not what I got. So I started a return. To start the process it does NOT give you a chance to return something that was shipped incorrectly. It just wants to know which item from your order you will be returning. I'm not. So after looking for a button that doesn't exist a chat bot popped up. Niiice... Without going thr...

Not sure about the quality the paper changed from strong white to thin brown. I don’t think it observe the water easily.

Besides the color difference the recycled brown paper towels feel the same as the regular paper towels.

EnMotion Papertowels
Can actually use one paper towel to do your hands. Depending upon how the machine is set for length of towel they do well. Hoping by using this system we save money on having to purchase other paper towels. Right now installed in our restrooms but maybe down the road can install in other areas of building that has a water source.

enMotion Paper Rolls
Wrong Size. I thought all the GP Pro Paper would be the same.... this product is 10" wide and our enMotion dispenser is like 8.5".
