Always Late
Not so much a criticism of the product but a criticism of Staples. No matter what we put on the order that our office is open 8-4 Staples is completely unable to deliver between 8-4 leaving our purchases with someone who stays late or just leaving them outside the door. If we tell you "Delivery between 8-4" we expect "Delivery between 8-4". You need to get better.

disappointing backer too wiggly
Flimsy back. Not as strong as TruRed legal pads which I meant to reorder.

navigation
The website is not good to navigate, when I type in something (example black sharpies fine) the actual thing I'm looking for does not pop up but you do have them. Instead they pop up in the drop down when i type half the words. Its inconvenient and hard to navigate.

The paper is okay but the cardboard backing too flimsy, I am sorry that I bought these (and they weren't the cheapest option, either).
