Works great AND Kills Germs!
Don't expect this to smell like a flower shop, but it doesn't smell as bad as some of the other reviewers make out. I use this at home and my children or my wife has NEVER complained once. As another reviewer said, it smells like ammonia, not lemongrass and thyme. The smell was so strong and overwhelmingly gross it cleared out the entire office. Shipped upside down
Our order of 12 bottles arrived upside down and they leaked. Suggest using packing with arrows and finding a different courier.

perfect for safe cleaning
This has been our usual kitchen cleaner for years, and was really glad to find it at Staples, since it's sold out everywhere. Unfortunately, it's now sold out at Staples too. This cleaner is non-toxic AND kills coronavirus (10 minute wait as usual with disinfectants).

Why Wouldn't You Use It?
The majority of the chemicals used to produce cleaning products are NOT analyzed and tested for toxicity. Why would you pay money for something that could harm you. Used this product for years and it works wonderfully.

The product cleans well but the scent is horrible. It does not smell like lemongrass and citrus scent. It is an unpleasant scent!!!

Hard to reuse bottles, terrible smell
They changed the bottle design so they are no longer screw off, but a weird pop off that is difficult to open. I reuse our spray bottles for other cleaning, and now they are difficult to work with and not worth it. I have never been a fan of the smell, either, and this latest change has pushed me to switch products.

Seventh Generation Multi-Surface Disinfecting Spray
The product did not smell like Lemongrass and Thyme it smelled like ammonia. It also did not seem to clean the counters very well, I'm all for saving the environment but would definitely choose Method Products over Seventh Generation.

Smells Awful
I typically love 7th generation products and purchased two of these on sale last week. To my disappointment this scent is just terrible! It's sad because it is good cleaner. I will just stick to using tea tree oil to disinfect.

Only disinfecting spray we use.
We were thrilled to find this disinfecting spray. In a small public library, our books can get a lot of use and can become dirty and smudged. We were looking for a kid friendly cleaner that would do the job and this is it. Covered books come back to a glossy shine, white becomes white again and we feel comfortable using this on books children handle.
