Best paper towels ever!
I started using these paper towels a couple of years ago. The rolls are heavy and have more sheets than the normal roll. They last 3 times longer than any roll I have ever purchased. Too thin
These paper towels are defiently not 2ply! Very thin and fall apart. Need to use too many to absorb anything.

Pacific Blue Select Kitchen Rolls Paper Towels
I ordered and paid for 2-ply paper towels, but it seems what I received is 1-ply. Very poor quality.

2 ply bullocks! Single ply if I've ever seen a paper towel. Dense as all get out so one roll will last a long time as long as you're not trying to clean a spill or anything.

Worthless
I am truly disappointed. They do not absorb. I tried to use them to clean but that was a bust as well. But at least I can say I have paper towels and I am safe.

Thin
These paper towels are really thin. One roll last a day in my home. Sometime maybe a day and half. I do was my hands frequently and it requires more than one to fully dry your hands.

Love the big jumbo rolls, hate how they tear off
These paper towels replaced another jumbo roll brand Staples used to carry. While I love the size of the roll as they last a long time before you have to replace the roll, they do not tear off cleanly or easily which gets frustrating and annoying. Fix that, and these paper towels would get 5 stars from me as they are adequate for an office kitchen. Not plush or soft but...

Not the same
The Pacific Blue replacement towels for Preference paper towel doesn't appear to be the same. When tearing the sheets, they don't tear evenly or smoothly, always tears into the next towel. They don't appear to be a thick, even though they are noted '2-ply'. Our office was happy with the Preference 2-Ply, jumbo roll (250 sheets) and the price.

TOO THIN - WHAT HAPPENED??
We've been getting the "Preference" jumbo roll towels for our building for at least 3 years. Last few deliveries were CHEAP, SUPER THIN "Pacific Blue". Everyone noticed the difference immediately (400+ employees) Quill didn't disclose they were sending a different brand. Once these are used up, going to go elsewhere for kitchen towels.

Great for the office
We have quite a large office and buying these in bulk definitely helps! They're not the best quality in the world, but it gets the job done while you're at work and saves us quite a bit of money!

Not the best, not the worst
Our office was looking for individually wrapped paper towels with the quality of Brawny or Bounty. This is definitely not it. Pretty thin paper towels that tear easily (not tearing where they should). Not very impressed at all. Rather large rolls quantity wise but use too many trying to get the job done. We will continue the search...
