When you try call waiting the hook stays down hanging up on the first call. When you get it up it goes to the first line even if you're on line two. This phone is terrible. I'd take it back if I wasn't so busy.

Perfect phone for two lines
This is an updated version of the identical phone that I have been using for almost 30 years. It works well for my primary Land Line as well as the one that is used for my fax machine.

this phone is just ok - it's slow on the dialing process - it reminds me of a kids phone~ don't like the features design at all~

AT& T black two line phone.
I never thought I would see the day where AT&T stopped selling desk top phones directly. The only way to find this phone on the Staples Website is to type in "business phone." It seems like the days of the novelty phones, such as the Mickey Mouse phone are gone forever.

the telephone has comprehensive instructions for its set-up and its use. This phone is replacing an older model with similar functions. It works well enough, so I consider this purchase an upgrade of my present equipment.

Good small office phone
Clear sound and like the features, just don't like that buttons are hard to push. Constantly having to hang up and redial because my fingers go too fast for the amount of pressure you have to apply to dial.
