Excellent EDC addition for frequent travelers
Have had this product for 7 years and it has never left my EDC bag. I am yet to come across a plug point that this does not fit in. Great thing to have if you travel a lot.

Disappointing
Although the packaging and documentation inside the package said it would work in South Africa experience suggests otherwise. There is a difference between Europe and India/South Africa and the plug won't work!

Excellent EDC addition for frequent travelers
Have had this product for 7 years and it has never left my EDC bag. I am yet to come across a plug point that this does not fit in. Great thing to have if you travel a lot.

Careful when cutting the packaging. Booklet inside
High quality. Used in Israel (Europe) so far. Stayed in wall outlet and North American plug stayed in adapter without falling out.

Nice and compact
This adapter has all the plugs you're likely to ever need in one nice small unit without loose pieces to drop or lose. My friend who travels a lot couldn't wait to get one!

This is the second one I have purchased from Staples. The first one was taken by mistake by a Chinese guest who used it to charge his laptop in my home (in the USA) . I have used it in wall outlets in several countries myself with my electronic stuff and it has worked everywhere. However it does not actually change voltage. Targus Adapter
This works perfectly in every country I have visited. It is not a voltage regulator but an adapter and I use it for my cell phone and computer is is all I need.
