Great Product!
We received our completed Trust from our attorney and were advised to place it in a waterproof, fireproof safe. The Trust was in a three-ring binder which made it too big for any reasonably priced home safe I looked at. I bought the Post Hanging Data Binder and put our Trust documents in it. Not for Everyday
They are horrible for everyday use. I have to use my forearm to try and hold the pages open (very difficult) to read/access the information. Will use the ones I purchased for older files that don't need to be accessed.

Expandable binders
I wished I had known that my papers needed holes punched in them prior to purchasing the binders.
Having to get holes punched in the papers delayed my mailing the bonded copies to the designated professors.
I will use them again now that I need to have holes punched in the papers and have to put the binders together.

Posts too thick
Because the posts are too thick this does not work at 2" or less and probably doesn't work for anything less than 6". The post are thinner at the ends so I'm guessing it would work okay at 6". I agree with another buyer that these binders would not be good for everyday use but if you are just looking to use for archival it would be okay at 6".
