Poor design
I have been using a version of this type of dishwand for over 20 years. The original one had a small wand (great for small hands) and a small flat headed sponge with a scrubber strip on the flat head. Great! Adapter glue issue
I used to really enjoy using this product, although the las couple of replacements the glue between the sponge and adapter have come apart. the last one came apart on the first dish I washed. Very disappointed. hope the go back to the old glueing system soon.

Great, Until It's Not.
Love these - Except for every time they are to the perfect wear in point the sponge comes off the clip. I have gone through so many lately and about ready to stop bymuying them.

Used to be great; now falls apart after light use
My family has been using the non-scratch pad refills for years, but something has changed in the product recently. Of the last six pads we've used, the sponge has separated from the plastic on five of them after only two uses. I don't know if the adhesive was changed recently, but this failure rate is completely unacceptable.

The last 6 or 7 we’ve bought are separating from the base long before the sponge needs to be replaced. These used to be great. Time to move on.

Foam fall off, useless after
I am not sure what changed in the process, but more often than not the foam falls off and is usable. I have been through dozens now. Glue binding foam to the wand has gone down hill

2 purchases fall apart. 12 dollars down the drain
This is the second purchase where the sponge comes apart from the handle. The first time I thought I had scrubed too hard. The second time it was only 2 days after putting in the new sponge. How do I get a reimbursement. I had to buy Viledia sponges which I do not like the rough sponge but at least they will last. I do not recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money
The replacement heads are absolutely terrible. It’s clear the product designers didn’t even test the product before shipping it to stores. The sponge is supposed to stick to a “Velcro” like surface but the second it gets wet it falls off. What a waste of money. We’ll be switching to a different brand after using this one for years.

Poor quality, don’t waste money
This is a brand new refill, and the sponge literally fell off while I was washing a colander.. I just replaced it yesterday and barely used it Very disappointed in the quality.

Old design was much better
We have used these for years. Several months ago, I was having a hard time finding the wand. Had to go to several stores until I found them, and figured I'd better buy some refills while I was there. Now the soap leaks out in no time. I'll fill the wand halfway with soap and a day later it is almost empty. This never used to happen. Why did they change the design?

Save your money!! Completely wastes soap!
This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Deceptive and a fraud. The hole that leaks soap like the Colorado river has been accommodated with a removable piece. But now the river is flowing with a horrific fit to the wand. I’ve used these for years and they’ve only gotten worse!! The pic literally was after a few minutes and the head us up with the soap fill bein...

Very disappointed
I have been purchasing your scotch bright fish wand refills for years and I feel that the last purchases I have made are being cheaply made , they are only lasting not even a week and then the sponge part detached from the wand , I feel that they should last at least a month or longer for the price of them …I feel like I will be buying another brand …

Why a hole?
Had used for years. THEN, suddenly there is a hole in the refill. UNUSABLE. Why a hole? Bring back the old design. It had no faults.

Nice refill
These scotchbrite non scraching washing pads are great. I have all pans that are not supposed to be scrubed with a scowering pad, and now when I have tough stuck on food i can get it off easy. And I dont have to worry about ruining my pans and pots.

Solid sponge!
Overall this is a pretty solid product. I was a little worried about scrubbing pots and scratching but the sponge has just enough coverage to prevent that as long as I don't push too hard. A lot of suds come out of the top of the sponge which seems like a waste but it does get the dishes done and keeps my hands out of things like cups jars and thermos containers!
