We love Sleepytime before bedtime.
My husband and I enjoy a cup of Sleepy Time Tea before bed. Really helps to turn off the days activities and relax before bedtime. Really like the ease of the K-cup option vs the tea bag too.

Sleepy time tea
It's a perfect mix! No steeping required. I just added a tablespoon of honey 💜. Using the tea bags was hard to get the mix right.

Sleepytime tea
I have 2-3 cups in the evening and I sleep like a baby. I add a small bit of honey. I wake up refreshed with no groggy or “hung over” effects

Sleepytime Tea makes me sleepy
I love to drink a cup of sleepytime tea in the evening, while watching tv, before going to bed. It really makes me sleepy!

Trouble falling asleep? Try this!
Love this tea! Truly does relax you and get you ready for bed. I drink it about 1/2 hour before I head to bed.

Nice for something warm at night.
I love relaxing with this tea at night. It takes the cool off my body. Not sure if it really helps me sleep or not, not it does relax me with the taste and warmth.
