Just what I ordered, just what I wanted
I went to a Staples store and was told by the clerk I could order the product online because they didn't have the file cabinet I wanted in stock. Went home and placed the online order and the cabinet was delivered the next day! Very little assembly required, only shifting around the lateral file bars. I'm very pleased with the appearance and size.

Horrible
Showed up with dents, dings and scratches that would not wipe off. It looks as if it had been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for years. So bummed.

2nd Return for same item
I ordered the two drawer file cabinet and returned because the top drawer was damaged. The second cabinet came in with the back of it crushed. I'm now looking for a new vendor.

Sturdy cabinet
File cabinet is perfect for the space I needed it for. My printer (Canon MF753cdw) is too heavy for it. The top drawer won't close. I will have to rearrange my desk to put my printer on. Not a big deal. One thing to note is it is very heavy and luckily I work at a place that has a forklift. We had to use that to get it out of the delivery van. If this is normal, ...

After using a 2 drawerr for over 20 years it was time to replace it with another solid reliable unit without breaking the bank. This model is everything I had hoped it would be. Strong, yet easy to open/close! Able to configure it many different ways and after ensuring it was balanced (which it was) it was ready to use.

Perfect size
Good quality and easy open drawers. Would have gotten a higher rating except one came with a dented back. Since it did not interfere with the opening of drawers, we kept it.

They arrived intact with no dents. The locks work fine. I am happy with our purchase. The ordering process had some issues. I was told delivery date and the company had not even received the file cabinets from Staples. However when I called Staples I had great help to rectify the problem.

This file cabinet is exactly as described on the website. it will accepts both legal and letter sized pain files and can be locked. It is heavy and bulky, so make sure you have assistance once is delivered to move it into your house and the designated room. Staples does not do door door delivery as far as I know.

This is a very decent and nice looking 2 drawer file cabinet. Price is very reasonable for level of construction, and it is assembled in the U.S. Ordered online and delivery took a day more than indicated, but was shipment arrived in two days. Poor design
I ordered 4 cabinets and had to return all of them because they would not lock or would lock and then I couldn't get them back open. Poor quality, design of this product.

Came as expected. No set up required outside of simple file holder bar to insert. Both drawers are full now and it opens easily. Sometimes the top drawer needs extra help staying closed.
