Excellent Cabinet
Very spacious cabinet. Sturdy and safe handling drawers. You can only open one drawer at a time. Very satisfied with the product. Shipping & delivery was quick. The product was well packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Never delivered
This item shows as delivered with me signing for it but it never arrived and I waited all day for it. Now they are investigating instead of just sending me a replacement. My whole office has been moved around in anticipation of this delivery and now it just stays that way until they decide to fix it with a replacement. Appalling.

Never delivered
This item shows as delivered with me signing for it but it never arrived and I waited all day for it. Now they are investigating instead of just sending me a replacement. The delivery was completed without any problems. The delivery person was extremely helpful and had brought the 195 lb. file cabinet to the rear door. No Delivery Notification
I called Staples Customer Service at 9am the morning of the delivery to obtain delivery status and they advised they could not give me a narrower timeframe than 8 am to 5 pm due to the privacy of the delivery drivers. uh??? This is the best purchase ever! Hard to believe that people would purchase a filing cabinet that they would assemble themselves! This was worth every penny. Extremely sturdy. Very well put together. Love it!

File cabinet delivery.
Love the file cabinet. Ordered and prompt delivery. The only issue was that the driver dropped it off on my front porch never rang the bell and left. I was not able to get it into the house by myself as it was too heavy for one person plus I have back issues. I did not appreciate that. I had to wait until the evening when someone could help me . Not the quality I expected for the price.
I ordered two for homeschooling. Both of them arrived with the bottoms dented. We had to completely remove the locking mechanism on one of them due to the damage upon arrival. The drawers do not open smoothly. I need a new key for the other one that does lock and I can't reach customer service to go about doing that. I recommend finding them cheaper elsewhere. They just...

Extremely heavy to move even with drawers taken out. Locks frequently jam.

Cabinet lock is broken
We love the cabinet in general but it's brand new and the lock is broken. We were able to load files in it on the first day but now the lock keeps catching on the second drawer and we can't get into the top drawer. We are requesting a replacement. Thank you.

Hasn’t been delivered
Was bought on 4/23 scheduled to be delivered on 4/24 then delayed till 4/25 then delayed till 4/26 then delayed till 4/29 called customer service and the said it would be delivered on 4/30 we will see
