Great gift!
I gave this as a gift to a 5-year-old, and she absolutely loves it! She said that they have Gears! Gears! Gears! sets in her classroom, so she instantly knew how to construct with this set. I have watched her be entertained by all aspects of this set (the building, creativity and playing). Her mother loves that her daughter gets so engrossed with this set that it keeps ...

Over time, very hard to put together
Daycare home. My set is SO hard to connect, especially the green panels. Like adult hard, and even I have trouble not because I'm not strong enough but because the plastic starts to bend and creak and would break.

My grandkiddo's really enjoyed this
My 6 yr old granddaughter and I sat down one afternoon after receiving this it's really cute but some of the pieces were even hard for me to snap together. She loved the little gears and all the monkeys. An older kid could probably put pieces together better.

Great Toy
My son is 4 and enjoys putting the gears together in different ways and of course loves playing with the monkeys. The toy is great problem solving and cognitive thinking.

Movin Monkeys Building Set
The children had a great time putting the Movin Monkeys Building Set together. The weather has been too hot for the little ones to play outside so they have been building different jungle gyms for the monkeys to play on. I would recommend this building set for others to play with. The children thought it was fairly easy to put together and continue to play with it every...

Great toy and keeps them busy!
My son sat down and played with this toy for hours! He really loves building things and creating things. I had to help him follow the directions that were provided. He ended up making his own little creation with everything!

Educational and fun!
My twin 4 year olds loved the monkeys. We took out all the pieces and they right away started building something. They commented that it reminded them of something they build and play with at school. I wish there was a bag or durable box to store them in after play bc there are so many pieces and I fear losing some.

Tons of fun for just one or many
My kids at my center love playing with these, whether trying to make the longest set they can or see how tall a tree can go. The gears are a great way for them to see how gears work even if they don't quite understand it yet.

Fun toy for many ages!
My four year old son and seven year old daughter and myself played with this toy when we initially received it. The instructions are a little unclear to build the "main project" so we changed it up and were building our own play set. Both children really enjoyed it. We have played with it a bunch of times since. My daughter even had a friend over last night and they pla...

Great interactive playtime!
Wow! We have a rambunctious bunch of kids over here but this Gears! Gears! Gears! Movin' Money's set brought them all right over to the table as soon as I brought it out. We all sat down and worked together, following the clear instructions to build the included example of the Jungle. My preschooler did have a bit of difficulty putting the trees together at first as the...

Great toy for family play
This toy was so much fun to put together. My five year old wasn't able to follow the instructions, and even I struggled with them a little, but we had a blast working together to build it. He was so excited to see it coming together and was pumped when we got it completed and working. He can't wait to work on a bunch of creative new ways to put it together!

Highly Recommend
I particularly like this toy because it helps develop fine motor skills. However, an adult must be willing to sit with the child or the pieces will just be all over the place. Also, it can be challenging for disabled children or children who are not as developed in their fine motor skills.
The pieces are durable and well made. Most important, my grandson loves this toy ...

Fun set that can grow with your child
I'll begin by saying that we already owned a similar gear set from Learning Resources called, "Gizmos", so we were somewhat familiar with this type of product when the Moving Monkeys set arrived. The Moving Monkeys set is rated ages 4+, but our four year old, although very bright, was not able to assemble this on his own. Our 14 y/o son put it together for him, allowing...
