I can hang pictures again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My walls are plaster and lath, so I can't nail anything in them, especially hanging up pictures. Using Command hanging strips really lets me hang up pictures without damaging my walls.
I love how simple they are to use; it took me no time at all.
The black also blends nicely with my frame, so there's no need to worry...

Didn't hold a 24x36 Frame.
I followed the instructions and after less then 1 day poster came off the wall. Now I have a cracked frame and torn poster. Would not recommend.

Problem with adhesive coming off

Work Well for Wall Decor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the hanging strips for many décor items, with considerable success. I appreciate the darker colored strips, as they blend into the color of the frames on a colored wall (rather than the white strips sticking out on a colored wall).

Super Strong
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought these to hang up a full-length mirror on my closet door. I bought two packages and used one in each corner. They did an amazing job at holding my mirror up for several years. When I took the mirror down, there were not marks on my closet door, which was stained and varnished. Love this product!

Ruined my Wal
I bought these to hang up a tapestry, maybe 2-3 pounds. I put two sets on the wall and had it hanging for a few days. When I looked at it a few days later I noticed that the paint was coming off under the weight of the tapestry. Props to command for making it strong enough to rip paint off the wall instead of just falling but come on.

Poor quality.
I bought this three days ago and was excited to finally hand my puzzles on the wall. The puzzles were not very heavy, probably around two pounds. I followed all the directions. All was well until about two hours later when puzzle one fell off the wall. Puzzle two wouldn't even stick. Trash.

Black color hides the strips even better!!
Love Command Strips. I recently painted my kitchen and dining room. All holes from the nails originally used to hang the pictures were filled in. I then used Command Strips to rehang all the art. Now, if I want to move pictures around, no more holes to fill. I especially like the black colored strip as the strip now fades into the frame.

Disappointed!
I used to buy a lot of those white hooks and they work fine even after a year or two. I've recently moved to new apartment and bought these black strip for photos. It is suppose to hold up to 16lbs and my photo was less than 3 lbs, I've followed every instruction on it. It works find in the first week and then fell off the table and hit my foot. I recently did a collage of pictures on my stairwell wall. I spent so much time and effort on this project; picking frames, printing photos, and layout the pattern to be level on the wall, etc. I decided to purchase well over 8 packs of 3M "Damage Free Hanging" to hold up to 16 Ibs strips. Great for museum projects
All of the products we use in the museum for hanging item from 1 lb to 5 lb. There is nothing better.

Hassle-free decorating
I bought these strips a few months ago for a round mirror I wanted to hang in my entry way. I knew that hanging this large mirror would be a challenge, so I immediately bought these strips. I put them on mirror and put it on the wall. No measuring, no holes in my wall, and it's perfectly level and flush. Now, I use these strips for EVERYTHING!!

Works great!!!!
I have used these for over 7 months now on lighpt icture frames to heavy mirrors and they are awesome. I figure they need changed out every year or so but they don't leave holes so if I move it will be nice still.

Doesn't hold frame well at all!
I bought large command strips to hang a 24x36 framed poster for my boyfriend. There is no glass so it only weighs about 7lbs. We used all 4 stripes, and according to the package it should hold up to 16lbs. Unable to remove.
I sold my house and moved into an apartment.. The management did not want a lot of nails in the walls sobI purchased all and only Command products to hang all my pictures, shelves and decorations. Durable alternative to hooks and nails
I bought these based on reviews for hanging a bulletin board (4'x3'). I opted for this instead of nailing into the wall. These work very well. Follow the instructions on hanging items. So far so good - the bulletin board is still hanging.

Disappointed
I bought a value pack of the large strips to hang a large, but light weight canvas on my wall. I used a total of 10 sets. Worked well for five days, then fell during the night. I guess I will need to use an anchor and screw to rehang because these evidently don't work as well as the other command products
