Needs better description
Refill is way too short to work in my pen. Should have length listed.

Just what I needed
ink in my promotional pen ran out, this one worked perfectly as a refill was 1/8" too long but a pair of scissors solved that problem!

Right refill for the pen
I love my pilot pens. Pilot doesn't make this particular one any longer. So I use the refills.

Won't Retract
Even though I cut the plastic to the same size as the old refill, the ink supply won't retract into the pen.

Acquistion of correct refill for my pens
It was difficult to find businesses that sold the correct type of pen refills for my ink pens. I finally found them at the Staples store and the manager directed me to the specific location. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this challenge!

Pilot Dr. Grip Ballpoint Pen
Love, love this pen. Feel of the barrel is wonderful if you have problems with your fingers. The ink does not blot. Very smooth writing pen. I would recommend this pen for people who may do a lot of writing - does not cause cramping of the fingers.

Not a good fit!
Well I sent my daughter in with the empty refill from pen the employee said the one he gave her “should” fit well it doesn’t so now we have a pack of unusable refills! What ever happened to refills that you trimmed to fit??
