Needs better description
Refill is way too short to work in my pen. Should have length listed.

Quality and GREAT Customer Service
A friend/insurance agent gave me this awesome pen, she passed away and I really did NOT want to throw the pen out once it ran out of ink. Staples associate made sure to find me a replacement ink refill and I have a spare! Thanks Staples!

Ballpoint Pen Refill
Although the refill item appears identical to the one it replaces, it causes the point-retraction mechanism to bind up such that it is difficult to extend the point. Not at all clear why, but it certainly does muck-up the works.

I've never seen a business offer free shipping on purchases under $25.00!!
Staples not only had free shipping for a purchase of $10.00 but the 2 items I bought were basically the same price as other stores that have for shipping under a certain amount.
Staples always has the hard to find items and they're cheap.

I’ve had my favorite “ fat Dr Grip pen” for over 10 years. Being able to replace ink ink instead of the pen is good for the environment. And saves time and money for me.
