Great!
We received the white version of these recently by mistake and they're definitely less durable than the natural colored towels. The white towels rip into pieces when trying to tear them from the dispenser. The brown ones are much sturdier, and of high quality.

Towel rating
Towels are cheap. Staples towels previously were of thicker, better quality. These towels are so flimsy, can't hold much water

Not Absorbent on Spills, Just Okay for Hands
While these are economical, they are not absorbent on spills. They're okay for hands, albeit a bit rough. I find our students use a lot because they don't absorb much, though.

Pretty bad
These towels are extremely course, they feel like grocery bags. We won't be reordering them.

Wipes the competition off the board
At work we purchased a new paper towel dispenser and the towels that came with it were flimsy and made me upset of the purchase. But then we put in these bad boys and man are they game changers! The durability is amazing and the drying technique . . . wowzer! My hands go from a tropical rain forest to the sahara in a matter of a few seconds.

Rough and Crunchy
These towels feel very ethical, but also a bit rough and very crisp. Not great for kids' hands. I'm much happier with the Brighton Professional which are cheaper and much softer and also unbleached.

Its paper and there is lots of it. Was too big for my dispenser but once I use a few hundred feet it fits and works great. Obviously next time I will order the 800ft rolls.

Doesn't fall apart when pulled with wet hands
We have "pull" dispensers that take these rolls in all our washrooms and recently, our contractor changed their suppliers and started bringing us thinner paper towel rolls that completely disintegrated when pulled with wet hands. We tried every other type they had with the same result. There were little pieces of wet paper towel all over the floor of our bathrooms and...
