Horrible quality
I bought those because our regular brand was sold out. The quality of those is horrible it feels like a one ply toilet paper. Won't be buying those again.

Horrible quality

Quality of paper
I don't like the feel of the paper almost like a few layers of newspaper and dull white color.

This was ordered in error but we decided to use them due to need. However they are not the same quality as the SCOTT brand that we usually order. I have since ordered the SCOTT with the recurring order plan.

Do Not Buy - Waste of Money
These paper towels are very thin. You need to use 2-3 to dry your hands. Will never purchase again.

Disintegrates
Absolute garbage. Literally disintegrates in your hands as soon as they get wet and you spend more time picking pieces of towel off your hands than you actually spend drying them.

I want the old ones back
They are very thin and you tend to use more of them. Not as good quality. Please try to put the others back in stock. I would rather not orders these in the future.

Horrible truthfully
I love staples and they have really come through during this difficult time. But these towels are awful I had purchased another brand elsewhere which are now out of stock and therefore added these to my staples order. But they are just about worthless. They are very thin not absorbent at all fall apart when wet tear easily rough to the touch...save your money don...

Not White & Dusty
These would be okay in a garage but not at a medical facility. I was disappointed when I opened the box to see gray paper towels. I compared them to another brand the pack was smaller (not as thick) and produced more paper dust. I'm new to the cleaning business and I would not buy these again
