If your look at my purchases for the last six months or so you will see that I have purchased many binders, packages of card stock, and plastic covers. Should name it "BEST" Binder
I'm a private voice teacher. I hold loose leaf, sheet music, student info, a personal notebook from music school, and all kinds of other things. It's in use constantly, putting things in, taking things out, rearranging, flipping through notes and music. It is still pretty much just as good as it was when I bought it over 2 years ago!! I am excited to have these new binders. Staples have so many colors to choose from. They are sturdy and you're able to wipe scratches and marks off if that should occur.

Holds a lot of receipts
Bought the folder for a relative to keep her receipts (cc billing statements, printed health record etc) in. It does the job well though I wish they made 4 inch binders bc 3 inch needs to be a bit bigger.

Best Binders for Heavy Duty Projects

Good durability, poor function
I bought three of these, but wound up returning them all. The rings are heavy duty and thick, but it makes turning the pages very difficult. I notice too, that the rings are not round, but have a bend. This seems to be common for many other brands of binders as well, but it also makes the function of turning a page more difficult.
