We have already started a file for 2026. We mark the sections and add receipts or other info as it comes in so that the following year, it is easier to find what you need. We keep them in case of an audit so I need a new one each year.

Perfectly functional
The 7 pocket being opened between 15-17 a day it takes a beating and keeps on flipping open with no sign of tears or wear and tear.
