Sturdy files!
These red classification folders are exactly what we were looking for in a background investigation folder for our agency. Smead Pressboard Folders w/SafeSHIELD Fasteners
We have used this product in the past and liked it very much. I am a little disappointed in the quality of this box. The pressboard feels a little thinner and the folders seem to not have the smooth protective coating as they had before. I know this is not the fault of Staples but it is disappointing when manufacturers change the quality of a product.

Pressboard File folds w/ fasteners
This product is expensive however it has be "archival" for our project. It is heavy-duty.

a bit pricy
Excellent for long term use & protection of files. A little pricey & not many color choices in legal size.

This folder holds up very well and lasts many years. Our office has been using this for years. The bright color is pleasant.

Exactly What We Need
We use these files to keep track of client information. By having multiple tabs we are able to organize information in an easy-to-access way without a lot of digging around like we did with hanging files. The tabs are big enough for a nice sized label and are easy to see when the files are all in the drawer. These are sturdy and work great.

No more bandages
I was happy to discover these safe shield fasteners. The original fasteners while still very good were doing a number on my fingers when I was filing in a rush. I also find that these fasteners do not bend out of shape when attempting to put in bulkier documents.
