I bought this after struggling to keyboard from a book. I finally broke down and decided to look for some way better. Then I found this two days later it’s just what I needed! Makes life so much easier n

Desktop Easel
Although this item is OK if you want to copy from a standard 8 X 10 letter sized page. However my purpose is to use the paper in the landscape position and there is no way to use the line at a time guide in this position. I now must find a way to use the line guide in the lateral position to be of any use to me. To bad this was not worked out prior to construction!

Perfect for what I needed
This easel is so adaptable and so helpful in preventing the hunched over reading position. I like that it can be in landscape or portrait orientation. I didn't think I'd use the clear arm that slides up and down but it's incredibly useful for when I'm inevitably interrupted by some other task. I just flip the arm down and can start again right where I left off.

Very poor quality!! The clip that holds the paper is on the backside of the copy holder! Also, the ruler slides down the holder on its own instead of staying in place!

Hi Shirl,
You are correct; the clip should most definitely be on the front of the holder! Sometime our warehouse will ship the clip backwards on purpose in an attempt to limit the opportunity for breakage. The clip can be turned around by compressing the two tabs on either side of the clip piece, just as you would for height adjustment. While there is a quick fix for the clip, there is not such a quick fix for the ruler slide and we are sorry that you have encountered a problem! To remedy this issue, we would like the opportunity to replace your copyholder. Please refer to your email for further instructions.
