Confusing online descriptions of tape sizes and types
The tape is fine, however, I thought I ordered a basic, laminated style..The price seemed much more expensive but I needed it for a project. When it arrived, I saw that it is a heavy duty tape, definitely not needed for labeling storage boxes. The short online descriptions omit important details needed to make a purchase decision and the online photo doesn't depict it ...

Great labelmaker when the tape works
I love this little labelmaker - all the different fonts, it's so intuitive, but when those gosh darn tapes get stuck it is a nightmare. Such a shame. I have no idea what I have done to get the tape stuck but it won't go back in the guides. The tapes are too expensive to have this keep happening. I am not using the product a lot, only for occasional file labels in my hom...

Easy enough to use
Easy enough to use. Several useful SYMBOLS, fonts, etc. I need to reference the instruction every time for anything out of the very basic, so I don't consider it too intuitive.
