not impressed
Live chat agent helped me to find a tape compatible with my label maker so I ordered several. Turns out that it isnt compatible. I felt like they were tired of looking and just gave me a product number.

P-Touch is a great product!
This particular P-Touch tape is excellent for labelling clear plastics where you want the wording but still be able to see through the plastic. It is a much needed item in my home.

Label maker refills
I had loaned my cousin my Brother Label Maker. When returned, she sent it back with an off brand cartridge. No matter what I did to make it work, it would not print anything. Went to Staples and received excellent help from two young men. Of course the Brother cartridge works beautifully. Many thanks to the two young men that helped me!!!
