Does not work! The clip does not have the grip strength to hold itself on the laptop
As soon as you clip it on it starts leaning to the side of the other clip. If you manage to get it to stay on and put paper on it will lean so much that it pops off. It needed bigger rubber grip and tighter spring to keep itself on.

Broken upon receipt
It arrived broken; the all plastic construction of the clips (except for the spring) didn't survive shipping.

Good Gadget
I use it it to fasten pending paperwork to the side of my desktop computer hutch. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to add some glue to the ends of the connecting rod to keep it from slipping out of the clips.

Document holder for my computer
This works great. I do not have any desk space at my stand-up work station. So this is very helpful for holding documents so that I can see them and use the computer at the same time. The only thing is that the clasp is a little hard to open.

Just the ticket for my laptop
Using the clamp alone on the laptop screen didn't work well, so I attached the little self-adhesive mounting bar provided. The clamp locks on to that perfectly. The flex arm makes it very versatile. Great little tool!

Good idea in theory, poorly made
One side clip broke into pieces almost immediately. I rigged it together and it worked for a while and was useful during that time but it didn't last. Good idea in theory, poor construction.

This has been a life saver, very helpful when I need to look back and forth between my screen and a paper. My monitor is 5/8" (1.6cm) but it was relatively easy to put on. I originally thought it wouldn't fit but I proved myself wrong. It can easily hold more than one paper but the longer it's there, the more it starts to fall but that's to be expected. Excellent typist tool
This is the tool for anyone that types on a computer. Love the flexibility. Very easy to mount, even if your monitor's depth is a little wide. I mounted with the included sticky pad and it holds wellI love it!!

works only if you have a slim-screen type monitor
great idea. The only problem is the fact that the clips do not open wide enough to accommodate a normal office-type "flat screen" monitor. Be warned that this will only work for the newer super slim screen monitors. Mine did not come with the adhesive strip so, it's completely useless to me.

Not recommended
Not what I expected at all. Does not fit a flat screen unless paper thin and the clip is so tight I though it would scratch my screen. There is an adhesive strip that comes with it. Would have been nice to know up front because I almost threw it away. I would not buy it. Very disappointed. Someone had a good idea but didn’t work for me
