It was delivered quickly and in excellent shape. I love there was no assembly required. The drawers roll smoothly. The lock works as it should. It is the perfect size for our small office.

Cheaply made
This particular unit isn't even worth half of what we paid for this thing was $470 and I say it's worth $4.70. It's cheap. It arrived dented bottom drawer it had to flex and straighten it ourselves in the office. The delivery guy didn't want to carry up 4 simple stairs. Unacceptable
This product is terrible and very cheaply made. It was delivered damaged twice and wasn't until the 3rd delivery that it was delivered in good shape with scratches on the inside top drawer. The hang rails don't fit in slot number 1 rendering this cabinet useless. Greatly disappointed. Trying to work with Staples to get this right. Save your money.

Perfect for my home office
This filing cabinet is the perfect size for my home filing needs. It is heavy duty construction solidly built yet beautiful finish with black enamel. Looks great next to our gun safe a great compliment to the room.

Solid lateral file
The three-drawer lateral file is a solid filing cabinet. Well built. Good finish. I wish the slides were a little smoother but that's my only issue.

Heavy duty
It’s a nice filing cabinet with large drawers heavy that it was a challenge for me to get it on the second floor but I managed. It well made and came in with no dents or scratches. Very pleased with it. One thing I realized that the cabinet has pavers that sits in the back to prevent the cabinet from tilting not sure if it can be taken out to make it light to carry.

Drawer gapping
I was disappointed considering the drawers do not line up leaving a gap even after leveling. There was also minor transportation damage including two dents in the front frame and some paint scratches caused by drawer rubbing.

Nice product sturdy & drawers close easily but didn’t come with the inserts to hang files. They should at least say that so they can be ordered at the same time so the cabinet can be used as soon as it’s arrived. Would’ve been a 5 star rating if it had come with the filing system.
