First time I used it the sharper detached from the body and the only way I could use it was to remove it from the body and hold it in my hand. My take it was a complete waste and not what I expect from a Staples product.

Signing issues
I went to pick up items for Samaritan’s Purse Christmas box donation. The signing said 50 cent per item. When I checked out I was charged full price and the cashier adjusted the price to the 50 cents each when I told her. Signing was never changed but was honored.

Terrible
Although one of the team members was helpful in some aspects of our visit the rest of the staff were pretty disappointing. I was ignored for a good 10 min waiting to be helped and then the cashier did not have any personality and I could tell they wanted to be anywhere but there. Very poor customer Service.

Good little sharpener
This pencil sharpener is handy because it has 2 sizes. It's a good little item for back to school. It was very inexpensive.

My experience with staple for the item I was looking for was excellent. I did not see the item and they came through for me . Very much appreciated. I always find helpful and respectful associates. I have not went to a Staple where the courtesy and excellent service given.
