I'm still trying to get used to the Kinesis keyboard; but after using a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 for about 5+ years - I feel like I'm struggling. I think another issue is that I just started using a Luxor Level Up Adjustable Riser Desk - the keyboard area is not very deep - I really want this to work. I miss the ten-key I never realized how much I use...
