High quality furniture
Drawers roll out easily drawers lock. On wheels too !! Love the high quality of Bush Furniture. I have had many pieces of it for years.

Bush furniture line is top notch.
I already have many Bush pieces and I purchased this additional filing cabinet to match those existing pieces. Comes well-packed - no damage. The only assembly (easy)was drawer handles and rolling coaster feet. What I love about the Bush line is that I can get additional pieces that match in terms of style finish etc.

Nice Cabinet
This is a nice cabinet which matches the other furniture I have in my office. The only issue that I found was that the wheels don’t lock. The cabinet moves and I have to hold it even if I’m trying to open the drawers which can be an issue for some. I’ve used door stoppers for now. Other than that it’s quite nice.

They may have changed the amount of assembly required since some of the earlier reviews that complained about the difficulty. All the assembling I had to do was attach the drawer handles and the castors - it took maybe 10 minutes with a screwdriver. Bush Business Furniture Westfield 3 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet
Easy to assemble and very quick delivery the Bush Business Furniture Westfield 3 Drawer Mobile File Cabinet I recently purchased from Staples met all my expectations. I originally purchased a desk unit 1.5 years ago and this 3-drawer mobile file was added to complete the office set up. It integrates perfectly with the desk ensemble and is very functional.

Just What We Needed
Great addition to our desking systems. Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Comes pre-assembled except for the casters so it was very easy to start using it immediately!

Defect issues
Two broken pieces on furniture. One was not so serious and I was able to glue/fix an interior board (not exposure). More upsetting was one of the decorative draw panels was improperly cut. Great file cabinet
These file cabinets look great and the drawers work smoothly. Casters make it easy to clean since they just roll out of the way. The assembly was easy. The instructions were detailed and clear except there should be a better way to determine front to back of the side panels.

Lateral File - 2 drawer vertical file
Lateral file had 2 defects in the top laminate: a bubble in the finish and a chip in the finish.

I bought the file cabinet I saw in the Staples store but it was delivered through FED EX and was in 25 to 30 pieces requiring assembly by me. It was very heavy and I was not physically able to put it together. I had to take the parts apart in order to put it in my car to return to the store. Great Product
These desks are great quality product. I only wish they came with or included an optional keyboard tray as the desk surface is very very high.

locking file cabinet that doesn't
This cabinet was very time intensive to put together. I looks very nice and is of fair quality for the price. However it states it is locking and although it does indeed have a lock the lock is useless!!! The lock attaches itself to the drawer above and that is all it does!! No security at all. Given incorrect information
We asked the salesman at store if it came assembled. He told us it did but it came in a million pieces! Not happy with Staples!

Takes Time To Assemble
Took over an hour and a half and I'm pretty good at assembling things like this. Instructions were good but it was easy to use the wrong screws because they were close in size. End result was a nice looking and stable filing cabinet .

Assembly could have been simpler.
Assembly could have been simpler. Too many loose parts. The joy is gone after opening the box. Quality of material is not so good.
