It is difficult to add paper to these binders as the metal pieces move from side to side independently. I would not buy these binders again.

Do not Buy!!!! If you need anything from the middle of the binder you have to take it all apart... Big waste of time and money... DO NOT BUY!!!

No way to pull out sheets in the middle
the rings do not open in the middle, they open all the way at one end so if you needed to pull a sheet that's at the middle or beginning you have to remove ALL of the sheets.

gapless binder
good quality binder, but difficult to add a new page without taking most of the pages out of the binder. Unlike the ring binders, you can only put a few sheet protectors in at a time.

This Item is useless
This binder is useless, you have to pull in and out all the documents every time you need to file a document in the binder. It is hard to open and close the rings
