These work great for the office and payroll records, tab opens easy and everything kept in order.

Fits the bill
They are easy to load with the straight part of the "D" ring, the post, conveniently available. Covers are sturdy, Inside pockets are very handy but should be a little deeper. A single tab open and close would have been better. Rings do lock well.
