40"x60" flat, not folded
The 5 boards arrived a week early, not folded for this size board (as one poster reported, maybe for larger boards?). In the corrugated inner layer, the grooves and ridges run the 40" width. These make perfect sunlight blockers for people who have to sleep during the day, as well as raw material if building your own boxes.

sturdy corrugated layers
Score and cut larger layers to various smaller sizes, useful for packing and storage of breakables, especially in plastic storage bins or boxes of all sizes. Also a great packing item for double-plus layering on mailing vinyl records or other delicate items. Layers are an economical alternative to purchasing multiple sizes of mailing boxes.
