40"x60" flat, not folded
The 5 boards arrived a week early, not folded for this size board (as one poster reported, maybe for larger boards?). In the corrugated inner layer, the grooves and ridges run the 40" width. These make perfect sunlight blockers for people who have to sleep during the day, as well as raw material if building your own boxes.

Flimsy
I didn’t realize how flimsy the sheets would be. I needed something more substantial.

Corrugated sheets
The sheets arrived with folds in them, both in line with the corrugated channels and crosswise. The edges were compressed in places. The wrapping was so tight that the sheets folded again like a tent at about the midpoint (in line with the channels).
If not for the distress they suffered in handling, they would have been swell.
