40"x60" flat, not folded
The 5 boards arrived a week early, not folded for this size board (as one poster reported, maybe for larger boards?). In the corrugated inner layer, the grooves and ridges run the 40" width. These make perfect sunlight blockers for people who have to sleep during the day, as well as raw material if building your own boxes.

I didn’t realize how flimsy the sheets would be. I needed something more substantial.

Will not by again
Arrived damaged twice. Will not buy again. I needed something for craft purposes and the website shows a clean straight piece similar to what i have previously bought in a craft store. What arrived was folded pieces of cardboard with indents, lumps, and bends all over the place like they had been used and sent me their scrap left over cardboard pieces.

Disappointed in the quality of the cardboard sheets. Wasn't as durable as I had hoped. The sides of all 5 sheets were crushed from the strapping. Would not order again.

The replacement was better than the first. The shipping method was still troublesome. Two of the corners were bent in shipping. But I made do.

Exactly what I needed
I’m using the cardboard as a backing to support attaching the sound foam onto a wall. Although a little bent up in transit, nothing some staples can’t fix

Didn't ship well
I had expected slightly sturdier material given its commercial rating. I was most disappointed in its condition when it arrived. I needed the cardboard to build some prototype models and didn't have time to have it replaced so its condition made my project a lot more difficult.. This is a very low grade cardboard and is not very sturdy. This is about half the thickness and strength of standard single ply.
