40"x60" flat, not folded
The 5 boards arrived a week early, not folded for this size board (as one poster reported, maybe for larger boards?). In the corrugated inner layer, the grooves and ridges run the 40" width. These make perfect sunlight blockers for people who have to sleep during the day, as well as raw material if building your own boxes.

I didn’t realize how flimsy the sheets would be. I needed something more substantial.

Cardboard Sheets
Sheets are perfect for what I needed. They were carefully wrapped and handled and arrived undamaged.

poor quality
very thin bad quality. I ordered larger sheet for 1/3 the cost last month, the cost tripled and the quality is not useable, have to double the sheets. I'll find another source next time.

It was great to know that we could order the item that the Staples stores did not have.
We had a deadline to meet tto make props for a concert and weren't sure the items could be delivered in 5 days. We were told it could take from 3 to 7 days. The props were delivered in 3 days, so we were very happy.

Staples Corrugated Sheet, 5/Bundle
The product arrived when expected. The cardboard was slightly bent and had a puncture in one side. I have not yet opened the package. Even so, it should work for my purposes.
