Magnetic feature is non existent
magnets do not stick to holder and fall down with nothing in them. Do not recommend buying for the magnetic aspect you will be picking up your things several times a day.

SMALL
"letter size" and claiming that it will hold 8.5 x11 paper is deceptive. It will only hold paper that size if it is folded in half and will not hold folders of that size.

Item is not what is described
Model number 73304H is correct but the item is only 10" wide which is not long enough for letter size papers.

Magnets DO NOT hold
Ruined the paint on the door that we had it on because it scratched it as it fell of. Tried different ways to make the magnet stick with no luck.

The product description indicated "Letter Size". However I neglected looking at the dimensions. A letter size file will only fit if it is inserted upright which was not what we needed. works
needs stronger adhesive. fell off metal door within a few days after attaching. seems to be working better after the magnet was reattached. magnet was pressed on hard and prolonger period of time initially as well.

very disappointed
Terrible it is way to small and there is very little space for any mail. Also the magnets don't work. It constantly falls to the ground even with nothing in it.

Don't order this product if using magnets
From the first day the magnetic strips will not stick to the tray. The trays keep falling off of my cabinet but the strips stay on the cabinet. Sending them back.

Smaller than you'd expect
I didn't take measurements which was my own fault but when I saw "letter size " I thought this would be perfect. It is much too small and you can only put 8x10 paper in it standing up the long way. The paper then folds over and it is not convenient.

Cheap
It's smaller than it looks in the picture and will not stay on the metal door I bought it for. It fell off the door and cracked. I would not recommend at all.
