Works great
This shoulder rest works great! It was easy to apply to our telephones a good price. Our necks feel much better when we are typing writing or online while on the telephone.

Great shoulder rest!
This is a great quality item. It's made well and really comfortable. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because it does not seem to come in a smaller size. Some phone models are smaller and the extra long length tends to cover the message indicator on the hand piece.

Disappointed in length too long for our cordless phones
The description does NOT say that it's 7" long. We need something 3" long to put on our cordless phones which would still allow us to access the battery compartment to replace the battery. None of the descriptions for shoulder rests indicate the actual length of the part which sticks to the phone the measurements are all for the parts on the side where one's shoulder...

Great shoulder rest.
Loved this shoulder phone rest. I purchased 3 for all of us and we were all impressed with how much better they are than the normal ones. You will not be disappointed! I would suggest cleaning your phone first to get the oils off so that it will adhere properly. I must say that the delivery the next day was wonderful too!!! Way to go Staples!

Not as great as we'd hoped
PROS: comfortable easy to apply CONS: adhesive is not strong enough to hold at the ends so it peels up.
